Gammelgård

The municipality of Nagu (or Nauvo) is located in the middle of the beautiful Turku archipelago. The surroundings are ideal for rest and relaxation, but offer plenty to do also for a more active holidaymaker. You can go fishing, hiking, cycling, paddling and, of course, sailing or boating.

The charming manor house setting of Gammelgård is situated by the sea, just 2.5 kilometres (1.5 miles) from the centre of Nagu. The main building comprises 75 beds, with room sizes varying from 1 to 4 beds. Apart from accommodation, the hostel also offers restaurant services to groups either in the Hall, the Cowshed or in the Attic. Outside, there is a miniature golf course and a children’s playground. By the sea, you will find a small cottage, a sauna, a playing field and rowing boats for rent.

Gammelgård also serves as a venue for meetings and parties as well as for school trips and camps. The hostel is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. When booked in advance, you are also welcome to stay here at other times.
