Hirvikoski Retkeilyhotelli

The country hostel Hirvikoski is located in the West of Finland, in the municipality of Toholampi and the village of Sykäräinen, by the river Lestijoki. The hostel is open all year round, also at Christmas.

The hostel has apartment units, each with two twin rooms that share a shower and a toilet. The rates include bed linen, towel and breakfast. We also have a slide for wheelchairs and a disabled toilet. For guests’ comfort we have a lounge, TV, WiFi and an internet-connected computer as well as a laundry room. Meals are available by arrangement.

The hostel’s location near the upper stream of river Lestijoki provides inexpensive accommodation for those wishing to explore the surrounding rapids, bogs and wilderness.
