Opintola Bed & Breakfast is located in a former elementary school

Opintola Bed & Breakfast is the haven of tranquility in the heart of the South Ostrobothnian countryside in Norinkylä, Teuva. Here, you can relax and enjoy leisurely moments, read newspapers in peace, sit outside, and live at your own pace. After perusing the newspapers, you can continue your reading in Opintola’s old school library.

All air-conditioned rooms come with a writing desk and a wardrobe, accommodating 1-3 people. The toilet and shower facilities are shared, except for one double room that has its own private toilet and shower. All prices include breakfast and sauna. Reserve a time at the reception upon arrival or send a message to the hostel in advance. Wi-Fi is free and covers the entire main building. Guests can use the shared kitchen.

During the summer, guests can barbecue in the garden. Other amenities include a library, ski storage, and free parking spaces with heating points. Opintola’s gift shop sells woolen clothing and other sheep-related products. Bicycles can be rented on-site.

Opintola’s activities (all equipment is free, but inquire about availability in advance): cycling, various outdoor games (including badminton, dart throwing, and pétanque), karaoke, and playing the piano.

Opintola’s meeting and party facilities have been renovated from two old classrooms on the ground floor of the main building. The upper classroom can accommodate 30 people in a classroom layout. The teacher’s podium in the upper classroom has been preserved, making it easy to use as a stage for events. Available amenities include a projector, computer, flip chart, and overhead projector. The internet connection is a 10/10mb fiber optic connection. When using both upper and lower classrooms as a party venue, there is space for 70 people at tables. We can prepare meals for you, or alternatively, you can rent the kitchen to prepare your own food or use another catering service.

Opintola Bed & Breakfast is located 7 km from Viatti Beach, and Snowpark Parra is 22 km away. The Botniaring Racing Circuit is a 10-minute drive away.
