Majatalo Villanen provides excellent facilities for those seeking peaceful sleep, as well as for those who enjoy active outdoor activities or are looking for cultural offerings in the surrounding area. The magnificent natural oasis, Isojärvi National Park, is nearby, as well as Himos and the art town of Mänttä, which are just a short drive away.

The village of Länkipohja is small and tranquil, yet offers good services for travelers. The village includes a grocery store with postal services, a pharmacy, an ATM, a flower shop, a library etc. The village area also features a child-friendly beach, fitness track and skiing trail, sports field, ice rink, sports field, guest harbor, and a summer market with program on Saturdays.

The hostel offers seven double rooms. The selection also includes a room with a double bed, an allergy-friendly room, and a single room. The beds are ready-made and bed linens are included in the room prices.
